Ripley's Machine Shop offers quick turn around of completely remanufactured units, or we have the ability to perform just a portion of the work if you have in-house maintenance technicians managing assembly.

TYPICAL CCM HEAD PROJECTS INCLUDE:

  • Removal/Recondition/Replacement of bearing and bearing head

  • Machining of bearing and gear for proper fitment

  • Adjustment of clearance between bearing head and bearing rear head

  • Removal and replacement of any additional worn components as needed

  • Final adjustments for correct operation
